Stopped in to look at used vehicle price seemed very high and they weren't willing to negotiate at all now im getting non stop emails.Very annoying

- Dealer could not find the car we wanted to look at. - Interior of cars were filthy. - One of the cars taken for a test drive was not able to make it out of the parking lot due to dismal condition. - Overall an unorganized and disappointing experience.

I have a 2007 Caravan, that I purchased elsewhere, new. Chrysler had a lifetime warranty on the engine and drive train to the original purchaser. Thinking the odd, intermittent vibration was related to the front end, I went to several shops for front end work. No one could figure out what it was and make the cure. Finally I paid the fee this dealership charges to diagnose problems. It was determined to be the torque converter, which was 100% covered by the warranty. They kept it several days, let me use a rental at no charge because it was a factory warranty repair. I'm a happy camper. Good job to Lee, Bruce, Ken Class and especially Sylester, who did his best to sell me another vehicle. My van almost drives like new and no more shuddering or vibrations. Thanks guys!
