Great customer services, but in there lot one of the slide door of my new car stopped working and one of their mechanic came up “to help” and ended up breaking it and they won’t fix it, because it could have happened to anyone?! Really?! I didn’t it happened in there dealer with one of their mechanic they should fix it!!!! Next morning check engine light came on, I took the minivan to them and because they sell them “As is”, they won’t do anything about it. LESS THAN 24 hours is ridiculous!!! The van still working but now I have to spend money fixing it when I am going to start making payment soon?! Nah! You want great customer services this is your place, you want a good car that can last you for at least a few months GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Buying a used car is always a challenge. You never know what kind of baggage you're going to dig up or what kind of history the cars you're looking at have had. It was my first used car purchase, and so I was spending hours doing research on the internet on what to look for in a used car, things to be wary of, and what to look for in a good dealer (because being at a car dealership is usually tedious and generally terrible). I found Millennium through a google search, and the first thing I appreciated about Millennium was that they they took a meticulous number of photos of each of their cars, had carfax reports posted online for every car, and their prices were really fair by Kelley Blue Book standards. The second thing I really appreciated was that, when I called ahead, they were totally cool with me taking one of their cars to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection as long as it was scheduled ahead of time(which I would definitely recommend for any used car purchase you plan on doing) and conducted within their hours of operation (which is totally fair). I brought my uncle along with me to the dealership—he's been working on cars and fixing cars since way before I was born, so I figured he would be a great second set of eyes and feedback. I had a couple of cars already in mind based off of their site, and he was really pleased with how clean the engine was for the car I ended up leaning towards and we felt nice knowing that the dealership clearly put chose the cars they offered for sale on their lot with care. Millennium's staff was really considerate about giving us plenty of space to check out the car and we didn't feel awkward taking our time to look things over thoroughly, outside, inside and under the hood. We worked with Jake the first time around, he's not the kind of guy to beat around the bush with small talk, but he was patient, efficient, considerate and extremely helpful. We weren't able to go on a test drive that first night because it was too close to their closing hours and they would have had to shuffle the cars on the lot to give access, but I set up a time the next day to come back and test drive the car I was looking at and they had it ready for me with no hassle at all. They didn't force me to take along one of their representatives like some places do, they gave me the space to do my thing. During that test drive I took the car to my mechanic, who said it looked in pretty good condition for a 10 year old car but that there were a few things that would need changing, especially in the icy weather. I asked Jake about getting a new starter and fixing up a couple sticking calipers, and the dealership was very fair about taking a look and getting things replaced. Nick, the owner, was especially kind and easy to work with. Not long after I purchased the car, there were some issues that popped up despite the fixes. With a used car, you never can tell and some dealers can be really difficult about it, but when I gave them a call Nick was extremely understanding. He worked on my car at his garage the next day at no additional cost and told me I could call him any time. Then, as my luck would have it, my tire was punctured by a nail on the way to work the next day. I called Nick again, and he was more than happy to look over the car and patch up the tire for me. It's a family run shop, and everyone there was a pleasure to work with and just talk to. It's a very homey environment, and I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience, even when I had to come back multiple times so they could service my car. The process of buying an old car is an up and down ride, but these guys made it easier. Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend anyone to buy car there. My wife and I bought car there a couple months ago, when we are buying it we were told they changed the engine to make sure the car was good "but they said they could not find the paperwork they engine they put on it". We drove the car for about 400 miles and it broke down. When we take it to the mechanic they said the car needed head gasket. Well, when they opened the engine to do head gasket the whole engine was messed up (attached pictures for you to see). We contact them no one answer.
