I am little late on this post, but I had to share my experience.  Bought my car a little over 2 weeks ago.  It was right before closing when we walked in and  the staff made us feel like it was as if they had just opened.  Everyone was very welcoming and we told them we had been out all night to other places with no luck and didn't want much of a hassle to find a car.  We told them what we were looking for and they immediately started crunching numbers and pulling up cars for me to drive.  They made everything very simple to understand (especially for someone who knows nothing about buying a car).  We were there pretty late into the night, and they took the time to clean my car and get it ready to drive home that night.  The GM was even there helping, amazing! 
Special shout out to Lesia and Elizabeth who made the process incredibly easy and pain less.  I pretty much just had to pick out the color of my car. I am so happy I chose a Honda and am even happier to be apart of the Russ Darrow Family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place! Was assisted by the sales rep Daryl Robinson. Honestly, I wasn't even ready to buy a car that day, just wanted to test drive. But because Daryl provided great service and guaranteed us a great deal, I drove home with a new car. Even his Manager George and Finance Advisor Mark were humorous and awesome to work with. Great team!
I would definitely recommend and go back.
Nothing like meeting your consumer in the middle where both party feels like a winner.

They make sure to get you the best deal, I like that they don't try to sell you a vehicle you can't afford. That made me think it's not all about commission. What we needed and was looking for important to them. I have a great deal of respect for them because of this. My family has purchased several vehicles in the last two years also some friends due to passing the word about the respect we were shown there. One grandson, two granddaughters ,one daughter and one friend purchased cars from them in the last two plus years. Mrs Hattie Patterson

Amazing customer service. Shawny and Marquis are awesome workers. They work very hard to make you happy. I spent all day there with them and no matter how busy they got they made sure to check in on us, they made sure to find what we were looking for and they explained everything very well to us. Marquis searched for what would be the best deal for our money. They definitely have a guarantee client that will always make them the 1st choice of auto financing. Thank you for all your help and patience.

Great service and the salesman Matt is extremely helpful and won't push you into something you won't want. He was patient as I test drove many different cars and was very informative. I highly recommend working with him. I had a great experience and never felt pressured.
