Well I came here a little of a week ago to purchase a new rat as a companion for the one I already have. The employees were being very difficult with me when I said I only wanted the rat and nothing else  and then proceeded to ask me 100 questions like if I had a cage, how big it was, what brand the cage was, what did I feed my rats, what bedding did I use, etc, in an interrogative way. They even asked me if I was going to feed it to a snake. Like literally the words were "So your not going to feed him to that large snake your have at home right?" I don't even own any other animals other then my rats. The employee then asked me to pick up the terrified rat and hold him so he could see how he reacted to me picking him up and also said he wanted to see how I handled him. After he allowed me to fill out the paperwork he said he was "going to make a few copies" and took the rat with him and told me I had to wait at the register before I could leave with the rat. He never came back and I ended up having to convince the guy at the register that I owned another rat and had all the supplies I need for them at home that's why I was only buying a rat. It was completely ridiculous and I felt like I was being investigated the whole time by these employees. The rats fine btw and enjoys his company with his new brother rat.

I have been taking my furbaby to get groomed by Ms Cindy for years. He is a very anxious dog, but he does amazing with her and immediately calms down when with her. He has bad experiences with other groomers and she has been so patient and loving to him that when I lived 1.5 away at one point, I would drive in just to have him groomed by her. If you're looking for a great groomer, I highly recommend her!

Went in for a fixture  for a turtal tank had (Wes) help us this guy is sencer and knowledgeable about the petsmart products I was so impressed I spent $30 more then I was planing i really appriciate customer service like Mr.Wes.😁

Friendly staff helped me find what I was looking for quickly. Would love to see them add saltwater livestock along with their saltwater supplies.
