Pet City was a wonderful place to get our first pet. John was especially kind .They allowed us to hold multiple Beagles at the same time, and they were very helpful. The employees really care about their dogs and their knowledge and expertise was wonderful. We bought our puppy and we happen to visit multiple times before we could take Snoopy home. Each time we felt welcomed and treated each animal with respect. They even allowed us to come in on Easter (When they are normally closed) and take our puppy home. The store was good, the service was great. If you go, ask to be helped by John. He made our visit more enjoyable.

I've bought two puppies here about 8 & 10 years ago. This place is near my son's doctor office so I usually take my 3 & 4 year old here after a hard visit to the doctor (my son is having surgery soon) to see the cute puppies & pick up some dog treats. Today at 9:52 the door was open so I walked in with two excited toddlers & only to be stopped & told we had to leave because the store didn't open for 10 minutes. This is not a safe area to sit in a car with toddlers. Why the person didn't have enough common sense to not open the front door until the store was "open" or enough compassion to know that I would have to deal with a dual breakdown of two kids I don't get. Not cool, you could've just been nice, it was like 5 minutes.

Sold me a snake that dies 4 days later. 
Asked me a ton of question as a quiz like I didn't know how to take care of my snake.
But when I asked them when's the last date the snake was feed NO ANSWER. Asked them is the snake moody from starting to shed or starting to shed, NO ANSWER. Would not refund me or give me a new pet because I could provide a receipt when They Know Damn Well I was There July 7 2017 and I can pull it up since I paid with a credit card and they still will not help. Not only was I a customer so are my family members and friends. We are no more. 1 Star. Btw The store smells like Death! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN

How any pet business like this can remain open is beyond comprehension!!! Terrible odor upon entry. My adult son is a snake owner and raise concerns about the skins on the snakes. Four German Shepherd puppies were contained in cages that were too small for their growth stage. One was eating his own feces which store employees seemed to ignore. It is a sad situation that local authorities allow a Pet Store to treat animals in this manner. Checking reviews on this site and Google review site verified what I witnessed is not a new thing or simply a short handed staff.

I STILL do not understand why it is $300+ for any mixed breed dog you can get at a shelter for @$75(shelters include spay or neutering, and ALL shots). AND the dogs DO NOT have papers.. the kennel clubs you try to sell under have NO credibilty!!! If you try to say AKC for a mixed breed....lol, AKC does not recognize these "designer" breeds! It is an easy way to sucker the people who do not know these facts. Money money money! All you guys do is buy the cheapest puppies(under $75 a pup) from WHERE EVER you can(which is usually a puppy mill), and make ridiculous profit!!! Sad, very sad! I would say you are a right hand business to puppy mills, disgusting people!! I went in there two different times to get Intel...you tried selling me a mix breed for $800, and when I asked about the mixed breed being so much. You guys went down to $600. Airdale Terrier, Poodle, and wire coated fox terrier mix...$600!!! And most shelter dogs are a mix of two, just like the mixed breed Maltipoos...
