The manager on duty was absolutely fantastic! He was very helpful in making sure we knew which fish... how many.... water conditions, etc before buying anything! We had spent an hour and over $100 at a "fish specialty" place just to be misinformed and watched it all go belly up in 2 hours! The cashier qas also very attentive and friendly. Way to step up to the customer service plate, Petsmart!

My big girl won't let me or my husband cut her nails, but the lady at The Grooming station knows just how to calm her down enough to get her nails cut. They also recommend the deSheeding Ultra Premium shampoo and conditioner to help control her excess shedding. Very good service with nice helpful people.

Went to look at different things for the dogs and price checking. The dogs enjoyed the store like we did. Friendly staff too.

I hate this place. So bad after the recent reconstruction and reducing to only half of the building to sell to another company. No one is ever available at fish or crickets. You stand and no one helps. The last 3 times I came it's always something going on with the feeder fish. I guess at least they have some this time. They must definitely be understaffed or something. Turtle section not as stocked as it used to be.

As first time pet owners and not knowing what to expect we got help from manager (Jaime). He helped us throughout the time we were there and even introduced us to some great deals they had! Will definitely be back !
