When I was leaving work and found out my back windshield was completely shattered, I knew I couldn't drive home with it like that. I called around to a few local companies, but none of them could help me. Safelite in New Bedford was the only one who could--I drove to their office and they were able to crash wrap the window for me within the hour. They ordered a new window for me and scheduled me in within 48 hours to have it replaced, and they contacted my insurance on my behalf. Thank you so much--I don't know what I would have done otherwise!

This is more like a complaint. I have left an email and even called. One of the vehicles from the New Bedford branch keeps parking in a residential neighborhood right in front of my house and stays there overnight. I feel like whoever this employee is, is abusing the privilege to operate the vehicle and ignores city rules. I want this to stop and I hope the manager or person in charge will see this message. Next is calling corporate.

They provide the best coustomer service. They were very informative and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend their services.

I had two cars that needed new windshields and they were able to come to my home and replace both of them. It was done efficiently and well.
