Great atmosphere, really helpful and knowledgeable employees! I love being able to have questions and they are always able to give great advice! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Easily the coolest pet store I have ever seen, offering not just a massive number of marine life of every imaginable variety but also a wide array of mammals, birds, and reptiles and all of the cages, equipment, and food needed to provide them a proper home. More important than the selection is Sailfin's attentive and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take the time to help give your pet a happy home.

Even if you aren't in the pet market, Sailfin is still a must see.

Made my second visit yesterday after my first visit a year before.  I remember being treated badly but the moment we were approached by the short older guy with glasses, it all came back to me. He was nice at first but the moment we suggested we didn't need his advice, he turned nasty. We explained to him we are very knowledgeable about the pets we have and what we are looking for and he seemed to be insulted by that. I'm a 40 year old man and this guy began talking and treating me like a trouble making 10 year old. The rest of the staff seemed very nice so maybe he should allow his staff to keep customers happy because he seems to be running people off.

Great selection, people are always helpful, John, the owner, is very knowledgeable and willing to help out, and remembers people who are there. Awesome place.
