I would recommend visiting your local pet store first. With that said, this location offers advice, friendliness, and a clean environment. The staff is always helpful though not particularly knowledgeable. The store offers competitive prices along with price matching against their competitors. Overall I would recommend visiting this location.

Cassie did a wonderful job on my Himalayan cat.  She is a rescue and  had a lot of matting and was tremendously fearful of being brushed etc.   I was told she would need anesthesia to be groomed by local vet office.   I picked her up 2 hours later and now she looks amazing and did not seem traumatized by the experience.  Cassie is the only person I will trust with her in the future.

I have been bringing my dog to the grooming salon here for almost 2 years, and never had a problem. I did find out today I've been being over charged because they had her breed wrong,  but I wasn't even upset about that.  I'm upset, p*ssed actually, because my dad took our family dog there for the first time today, and when I got a call at 6:05p saying she was ready, I was told we were going to be charged extra because it was after closing. The girl told me she called, and I explained that was the first call I received. She said "we called, maybe it didn't go through".  I stood my ground about not receiving any calls. She was adamant about calling, and I told her I would be in the next day to speak with the manager and show her my phone log.  I received one, and only one, call from them.  She also said she told us they closed at 6p; which she didn't.  Aside from the fact their website stated they closed at 7p. This was the worst service I've ever received from the salon, and I don't know that I'll ever go back now.

I took my dog in for a bath and nail trim appointment. I thought it was strange that they called me back pretty early to pick her up. I asked the lady on the phone was my dog completely dry. She assured me that the dog was dry. When I picked her up she had the smell of wet dog ...as she was still damp/wet and her coat was matted. Her whole body was still damp even her ears, which I told the lady on the phone that they needed to be dry to prevent ear infection. The quality of the service that my dog received was inadequate and I will not be returning.
