I had scheduled a service (my first one) I live about 40 minutes away but they treated me so nice and professional that I wouldn't go anywhere else. There was a mix up with the cost but the man I was working with appolgized and took care of it. I work crazy hours so I couldn't wait and needed a loaner and they were accommodating to my needs. Most dealers will tell you they won't give you a loaner for just a maintenance but they gave me and one and sent me on my way. Their service center is even open late so I am able to go after I leave work. 5 star for professionalism and kindness.

I was very pleased with my sales associate Bill Backus and Kevin the sales manfetm was very helpful as well.  David from finance was ready to deal with as well. I'm very happy overall with the experience.

Overall great experience.  The sales associate was very knowledgeable and accommodating, which made the process pleasant (not like other car dealerships).  Would highly recommend this dealership to others.

I highly recommend Salerno Duane  Infinity dealer & Christopher Galeano the salesperson.  From the moment I walked in the door I never felt the usual uncomfortable selling that you receive at car dealerships.  No games and pressure.  Just provided me with facts, great pricing and knowledgeable information to help me make my decision.  Even after I decided the business mgr and product specialist were awesome with explaining everything in layman terms and did not rush me through this process!
