This dealership made my first buying experience SO amazing, they worked from morning until late at night trying to make sure I could leave with a car. They gave super helpful advice and even got me in a brand new car completely in my price range! They weren’t pushy and had so much patience.

The service department was excellent. They service representative was very nice and prompt. The waiting area has WIFI lounge and free coffee and donuts for their customer. The entire area was clean and very neat. Overall experience was very pleasant. We would recommend this service center to all Toyota owners. We will visit again on our next service.

Salespeople are great, though dealing with the repair side of things is a headache. If you are good with car repairs or have a local mechanic you trust, I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Springhill. Fred and Alec helped me and they were honest and really did help me find the car that was the best fit for me. I love my Corolla. If you're counting on Toyota to do your repairs, can't speak for all Toyota places, but you will end up dishing out hundreds of dollars only to go home and have the same problem that you brought it in for. For me, the benefit of taking it to a Toyota place was that these would be knowledgeable mechanics who are specialized in these models with diagnostic tools that, combined, would be incredibly accurate at identifying the problem. You pay more, but the idea is you get quick, accurate service and peace of mind. This was not my experience at all. I was told they identified the problem, was quoted a price, paid the price, and still had the same problem. On the phone I was told they would honor my original quote, and take it back to fix it. Also not what happened. I was told that it was a different problem, and that "Well we had to fix that anyway, and we couldn't have known it was this other thing until we fixed that." So then it was going to be another $200 to fix the actual problem, which they then said was "the spark plugs." I declined, and had a local mechanic change out my spark plugs at half the cost of what they quoted me. Turns out it wasn't the spark plugs either. So how many times would they "fix the problem" and then me go home and still have it. Now, whether this is common practice for them, or just an unfortunate circumstance for me personally, I can't say. But, if you can't afford to dish out hundreds on trial and error, I would recommend a trusted local mechanic or a friend who has experience working on cars. You'll probably go through the same process, but a fraction of the price.

After visiting several other Toyota dealerships in and around the Mobile area, I was sold on the friendly, low pressure, hospitable people at Springhill Toyota. We worked with Mr. Ryan Miracle and he was the just nicest guy. No tricks, no games, just honesty and kindness. Highly recommend! I love my Toyota!
