My wife and I just stayed a few nights here for our honeymoon, and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was really impressive. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was to die for. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay, and would recommend it wholeheartedly. We'll definitely be returning guests!

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! Stay far away from this lodge. The hotel is beautiful and great, but the staff is the WORSE I have ever seen. My husband won a contest for two people to fly out to Seattle and stay here for 4 days and we were told we have 2 rooms. We arrived to check in and the front desk GUARANTEED us that both rooms were covered from the contest. My husband asked multiple times because the contest company told us only one room was covered, but when we checked in they told us two. They kept telling us "yes it's covered 100% don't worry about it!" So we checked in. Two days later, my husband comes back in and the front desk stops him and says "Your 4 nights have been used. You and your family need to evacuate." We have two young children and are not from here. We flew out from Georgia. Where are they expecting us to stay? My husband explained all of this to them and told them they were guaranteed to be covered. The lady was so rude that she threatened to call the authorities on my husband unless we paid for the other nights! I have never been treated so horribly and been so discriminated against. The ONLY thing this place cares about is their $$$!!! Be careful of staying here! They will try to get every single cent out of you and will not care about their promises or guarantees at all!

My husband and I spent half of our honeymoon here. The lodge is amazing. The views are incredible. We dined in the attic and the dining room. The food was pricey but delicious. It’s cool that they have honey from their own bees. We were the second couple to stay in our newly renovated room. Everything about the room was perfect and our view of the Snoqualmie river and mountains was wonderful. The falls are gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have a sunny day in March for exploring the river and the trails around the lodge. We will definitely be back one day.

My family and I came here for brunch on Super Bowl Sunday so it was busy but not overly crowded. The views from the restaurant are out of this world. The service was great and the food was to die for. Our server Marisa was so helpful and got us everything we needed before we had to ask for it. Make sure to get the biscuits with the honey from heaven. The gift shop has really cute things to take home as well. Finally, make sure to go walk to the other side of the falls (across from the lodge). It's absolutely breathtaking!

Tried something different from the menu. Not spectacular but we enjoyed it. Service was on par for what you would expect at a higher end restaurant again nothing spectacular. We frequent the place about twice a month and will continue to do so. Upstairs in the Attic is a great setting for a cozy lunch or dinner with a close friend or a group. They do have a full bar and are very good at making proper cocktails
