Ridiculous. Untrained staff the women didn't know anything ! I heard her say she didn't know to the same set of customers like 5 times about pairing nail polish, and I tried to use 2 forms of payment because of volunteer things I do and buy products for, she couldn't complete transaction. Train your staff if you're going to leave them alone.

Normal Sally's experience the few times I go. I know what I need (do your own research h and education ahead of time, the employees only know so much....) I get in, I get out. From time to time I find a sweet deal and their member card is definitely worth it to get the Sally's Club prices (especially if you're a frequent dyer)! I only wish they would start selling high quality Direct Dyes / Semi-permanents like Arctic Fox, because SERIOUSLY Arctic Fox's epic pigmentation and staying power is unparalleled. Better than Pravana or Manic Panic and definitely better than their Ion brand of color here. Worker-Lady with purple hair was helpful, some others are a bit sassier and not as inclined to offer their customer service... Wasn't a horrible Sally's but it was not by any means a triumphant few visits either... Aptly rated with a decent stars.

Not a vast quantity but an acceptable array of beauty supplies . affordable but small.

Great place to get your beauty supplies. Staff is always knowledgeable and has helped me through some real hair emergencies in the past.
