Gary Charlton and his team at Charlton Motors make car buying a breeze!   Ricky, our salesman, made the process quick and easy.  Bob, in financing, worked a miracle with great financing, which was even better than our credit union's financing!!  They all stayed well past closing to make sure that we were able to drive away in the perfect truck for my son.

Absolutely the best. The staff was excellent and took great care of us, explain everything we needed or wanted to know. Got us a great deal with a more than fair price. Would rate more than 5 stars if i could. Definitely recommend.

Purchased a GL350 from Rod at Charlton Motors.  Before i came to dealership, Rod called me on drive there to say he discovered a crack in windshield.  He replaced it first thing next morning, also changed oil, did an alignment, and inspection.  Mercedes GL 350 was delivered with all this done and in very good condition.  As with any used car, sometimes it is not possible for dealer to know everything.  A little inspection and knowledge by the buyer is important to point out any issues.   I highly recommend them since they took care of any issues i mentioned.  Thanks Rod.  From Mike.

Do not take the word of Charlton Motors. After being lead on for almost 2 weeks, this includes multiple texts the week of my scheduled pickup of the truck I believed to be the right choice. As well as a personal phone call with the salesman the day of scheduled purchase of said truck, when I was lead to believe everything was ready to go. Not to mention selling my previous truck that very same day to obtain the money for a down payment. I was in for a shock to say the least when I drove a hour out to the dealership, only to find out they knowingly sold the truck a week earlier. When I asked what the reason was for not informing me the truck had been sold, I was quoted verbatim "it's just business". That should tell you everything you need to know on how they do "business". If you have to deal with the sorry salesman Ron Jackson, or even the owner for that matter, be aware neither honesty or reliability are characteristics this "business" possesses.
