Competitively Priced while offering High Quality work from Knowledgeable, Resourceful and Helpful staff. Fully explaining why some items require immediate attention and why some can be deferred, if you prefer to do so. What more do you need? They also put forth the extra effort to ensure your maintenance or repair experience is easy and convenient (courtesy shuttle and productive waiting area, and they are more than willing to "talk shop" while you wait).

I have taken numerous and various European and Japanese vehicles to them since they have opened shop and have always been impressed and satisfied.

I went to Fifth Gear Automotive because a friend of mine said they were honest and had fair prices.  Phillip initially helped me when I got there.  They officially open at 8 am, but had the doors opened early, which I appreciated.  Phillip was knowledgeable and very helpful.  Nate, the mechanic, called me shortly to let me know what was going on with my car.  He, also, was knowledgeable and polite.  When I went to pick up my car, he showed me the part they replaced and explained in great detail what they did.  I had several other questions and he was really good at answering all of my questions.  I felt heard and I did not feel rushed.  He was there to help, for sure.  As a bonus, when I walked to my car, I noticed it was CLEAN!!!  They unexpectedly cleaned the outside of my car for me.  That checked something off my to-do list and it was much appreciated.  Thank you!!!

Group was very professional and spent the time to offer recommendations without pushing.  Gladly gave me a ride home.  Performed some diagnostic checks on my Lexus hybrid without additional fees.  I also own a Mercedes which had a recall airbag replaced at the dealer this week.  I asked if they could tell me why an warning light would not go out.  For this they charge $189.  I'll stick with our neighborhood service provider who seems to really want and appreciate the business while doing good work.

Came in after i went to get my tires changed at Discount Tire and the lug nuts on my front passenger side wheel seized up on the stud.  I was told to make an appointment. As i was trying to make the appointment, a very nice employee took time out of his day to look at the wheel and fixed it right then and there. The speed of service and overall costumer service is amazing. This place treats you like family and i will definitely will use 5th gear again in the future for all my car needs.
