If hailey figueroa ever comes back and reads this, the one redeeming quality of this store is the Scan & Go app.  You can check yourself out and just sail out the door.  It's great and nobody has to put their grubby hands on anything. 

But other than that, the prices are higher than competing stores that don't have memberships and it's just not convenient for me. I let my membership lapse. Most of what they sell food wise is garbage.

I used to be a die hard Sams Club shopper when I was doing most of my shopping at the Oakwood/Gainesville location.  Then I moved to Buford.  WOW what a TERRIBLE STORE!!!!  

Front desk took 20 min to get me a new membership card.

The employees don't care at all.  I was trying to load a huge metal cabinet and I had 3 employees walk right by me as I was trying to slide it onto the flatbed cart and hold the cart from rolling at the same time.

My girlfriend scratched her truck on one of their non trimmed trees in the parking lot.

They take forever to ring you up.  

AND THE #1 MOST ANNOYING THING ABOUT SAMS CLUB IS THE PEOPLE THAT HARASS YOU ABOUT SWITCHING TO DIRECT TV OR WHATEVER THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL YOU!!!!!!  CAN'T I SHOP IN PEACE!

HEY SAMS CLUB I SPEND ABOUT 25K A YEAR AT COSTCO NOW!!!!  GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

I was trying to buy a desk chair and a lady(I'm sorry I didn't get her name) went extra mile to help us and was really kind. It was pleasant experience.

If you suffer from a disability this is not the place for you. I suffer from OCD and can not have people touching my food items during flu season. I went to self checkout like I do the 13th of every single month for the last 4 years. But today, today was not okay to do so. I was embarresed by the floor "head supervisor" when I asked to speak with someone higher up I was told there was no such thing she was the boss. After just telling her I had OCD and not to touch me or my items I just sanitized she grabs the register gun out of my hand and tells me I can not check out here. Then she takes away my cart. So I could not check out if I wanted to at any register. I feel I was mocked by this woman who felt she had POWER over me. When I told her I would be calling corporate I was told to go ahead she followed policy. When speaking with corporate I was told there was no such policy and it was wrong of her to do what she did to me in front of 5 plus people in line. I would like an apology and to purchase my $520 worth of groceries for the month. I'm now left with two hours of my time gone and nothing to show for it. Four years of ritual to randomly be told today it was not okay to check out at self check out? It makes no sense to me why today when this woman I have never seen at this store is here it all changes.
