I love my experience with Sprint in Buford. This location, Carlos, has serviced and equipped me with information I did not have to ask for. I have been with Sprint over 10 years and I would not go back to any other carrier. The customer service is to my high exportation. Please, visit this Buford store if you have any issues ect. Carlos, thank you for representing Sprints and my experience well.

I walked in about 2 months ago and the sales guys clearly saw me walk in but did not greed myself or my husband. They lost a sale because I got the information i needed and ended up going to a different sprint store judt for that

3 Certain staff members gave my girlfriend a different plan witch made her bill 2x higher. One of them sold me there phone under the table witch is against their policy And tried to make us pay an activation fee twice and other hinded fees that should of been included. So you're thinking of going to this store I would highly recommend going to a different one.

My boyfriend went to buy me a phone for Christmas. We go to this location December 26 to purchase me a phone of my choice. They told me if I were to trade in my T-Mobile phone it would go toward my new iPhone I wanted. As they were doing my paper work they informed me that they could no longer take my phone because it was cracked. So one of the 3 staff members took one of his own phones and made my boyfriend pay 25$ under the table were I could turn in a phone. They took all my T-Mobile information and told me I was on the 40$ plan and that my phone bill would be a certain amount every month. Not giving me any paper work to take home, no copy of the agreement we walk out. 3 days later December 29th I got a text saying I was over my spending limit and that my service was about to get suspended. I called customer care and they told me I was getting charged 7.99 because it wasn't coming out of a checking account and they guys that were working with me and boyfriend never told us about. So I went to another sprint store on satellite Boulevard and Lawrenceville Suwanee Road and I told them I was already over my spending limit. They said you can't be you haven't even had the phone for a month and haven't even had a chance to pay a bill yet. As they got to looking at my account the 3 staff members charged us a down payment we were not suppose to have. They charged us an activation fee at the store after they told us it was going to be on the first months bill (it was in there too) and that they had put me on the wrong plan. Instead of them putting me in the 40$ plan for turning in a T-Mobile they made us pay for they put me on a 70$ plan after they had told me I was on the 40$ plan and they had taken all my T-Mobile information to make sure I was on the right plan. So the girl I spoke to at the new store location(Megan) she kindly worked with me and called her national customer care support and they saw were they had scammed me and my boyfriend and told me that I was going to get refunded all the charges I wasn't suppose to have. My phone bill was almost 100$ more then it was suppose to be. These guys are scammers and I do not recommend going here. I'd choose The sprint store in Suwanee located on satellite Boulevard and Lawrenceville Suwanee Road. They are very friendly and do what they can to get you were you need to be! And speak to Megan she's awesome!! But they will never have my service again! I will go to the one at the location above!
