Went in to a the arpint repair store for the first time since being with Sprint. We were told to try for a repair first and then a replacement. So we drove the 20 mins to get there only to walk in and all three people behind the counter were playing with phones and not a one of them looked up for a few mins before helping us. Then the girl that finally did ask us what we needed and we explained we wanted to check for a repair and she immediately was like nope can't fix it will get u a new one without even taking the phone on her hand. It was a waste of time and made me despise Sprint as a whole. Just rude rude people that work there
