Always great service! Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's life. The T-Mobile employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Love my new Galaxy S8. Thanks for being patient with me and helping me switch everything over from my S6. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years and I have always been very satisfied with the service.

EPIC FAIL - I have never experienced such appalling and low grade customer service as I have with this store and T-Mobile in general. I cannot even fathom what is going on in the world of T-Mobile that actually keeps them afloat. It took an entire 4 hours to sign up 3 lines, and when I received the e-sign documents they were incorrect (wrong phones on order). You would think the order could be corrected. NO! We had to go spend an additional 4 hours and pay all activation fees again! That's just the beginning of this absurd disgrace of a transaction. Switching has been anything but "easy". From comments like "my hands are tied" to "there's nothing we can do" there's much room to learn and train staff on what real customer service is supposed to be. Without going too far in detail, it is now 4 months since we decided to "make the switch", I have had to spend hours upon hours at the store, made about 5-6 store trips, spend days on the phone with customer service, promised call backs to no avail. etc. etc. They refuse to honor the original deals on the phones and now is that I finally have the 3rd phone. It's like pulling teeth. You get little to no help without wasting hours. It's really sad to see that your business is not appreciated these days in so many places, specially this one.

They bold faced lied! Advertised $140/month for 4 lines. When I received my first phone bill it was $250. I had to call up there and ask for the credits to be applied (for switching from Verizon and for autopay). Then they said it would take up to two billing cycles. Well, I'm on the third one now and they are still charging me $250. Such bad business. I'm canceling and going back to Verizon! No wonder T-Mobile has terrible reviews.
