Amazing place. The instructors are so caring and sweet that I feel bad when I miss a class. Great work out, yet when I start my day with it, I feel fabulous all day long.

This is a great Yoga Studio, probably the best I've been so far. The place is really clean and the instructors are really nice and knowledgeable. Having the owners working there gives that extra touch and attention from them. I heard that other places have stuffy air, but this is not one of those. It's a real pleasant experience to do Yoga here. I feel like I get a very good workout every time I go. They have many class times, from the early morning to evening, which help with my busy work schedule. The studio is fairly large - a very good thing as you don't feel like you will hit the person next to you.

This is the best studio because, 1) the teachers are amazing with hands on help--I have been going to hot yoga for over 13 years and even though I only go once a week (sometimes 2x if I am lucky) I am making more progress than I have in other studios. 2) great price for 90 minutes of hot yoga with a package--other studios are charging more for only a 60 min class. The full 90 min class rocks for better strength, flexibility, but mostly more mentally relaxing/focused. 3) Perfect combination of heat and humidity--I am sweating after the first 2 poses. 4) large studio, clean, uncrowded (at the 9:30 am class anyway), two showers and large changing area. Spend 90 min here instead of a doctors office! Thank you Sammamish Yoga!

Nice studio with excellent heating/ventilation system but once the classes are underway, there is always a body odor that lingers. If one is not bothered by it then it will not be an issue. Instructors are very good but there is a minimal amount of hands on to adjust alignments. The studio is called HOT yoga for a reason. This workout is meant for individuals that can take the strain of intense heat. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Large changing area with showers makes it easy to slip back to work refreshed. Traffic can be in issue during peak traffic hours. Best time to visit is the 6am class for ease and convience of parking.
