This is a great gym with knowledgeable coaches and fun community. They have a good atmosphere for beginners and advanced athletes. The programming is well thought out and scaled for every level of fitness. CrossFit has an intimidating reputation but if you're thinking of trying it out then this is the gym to try.

Just incredible! I've been travelling the west coast and by far, this is the friendliest, most welcoming box I've been to. It's got a good feel, great atmosphere and the coaches are so willing to help it's just unreal. The only drawback is genuinely that I don't live here or I would 100% train here full time. Worth a look, worth the trip, worth every second you can spend there

My 13 yo son has been training with Craig Guthrie for the last 7 months to increase strength and stamina for BMX racing. Craig is a phenomenal trainer, motivator, and all around good guy. He even got my son to eat vegetables!

Great box. Nice small classes. 8 people max per class, which means lots of instruction from the coaches. Isaac, the owner, is awesome!

I have been going to SCF for 3 years and I feel like everyday I learn something new! Isaac is a wonderful coach and takes his time to make sure you understand every movement. He recently added coach Nick and Craig to the team which both bring extreme value to the gym. Wether it's helping you understand how to develop certain muscles or teaching you how your body functions every coach at SCF has a trick or two up their sleeve 💪🏻😊
