Don't get injured or go in here with any kind of pre-existing medical condition. Seems like getting injured initially is likely as the coaches, while generally good, get distracted with lots of students and sometimes give flat out bad advice, like "if you're injured, the fix is to come and train more." My own fault for not understanding that this is common in Crossfit gyms. If you're in good health and under 30, this gym is probably decent, and run by people that I think mean well, but if you're injured or your doctor advises you to take a break, they keep the clock ticking on the money you paid them. My advice? Don't pay up front!

I've recently joined Sasquatch Crossfit and I can honestly say that the only thing I regret is that I didn't start sooner. Tim and his team have built a great crossfit gym and they really care about each and every member. It's an incredibly supportive culture, especially for those first timers to crossfit. If your looking for an excellent crossfit gym you should definitely reach out to Tim and check out Sasquatch Crossfit, you won't regret it.

Great Crossfit Gym with a really friendly and supportive community around it. I am used to working out in a weightroom where you don't talk to anyone, and hardly pick your eyes off the floor or weights. Working out with other people, and still getting an intense challenging workout is so much more invigorating! The instructors here are all ready to help you learn the exercises and get fit. Excellent gym, worth checking out.

Guys do you want to look like the guys in 300. Wait look at your lady looking at the guys in 300. Yeah that's right. You want it, you want to work out in a environment of encouragement? Hit up my buddy Tim at Sasquatch CrossFit in Redmond. Ladies your welcome too, he can rally anyone at any level of fitness.
