I'd like to start off by saying that I HATE exercising, and I'm horribly unfit, but I LOVE taking the hot yoga classes here. Here's why:
  
-The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming.  No matter your skill level, they're happy that you're here to join them and improve your body.

-They'll gladly answer any (sometimes obvious) questions that you have about hot yoga, supplies, poses, whatever

-They CARE about your experience! They remember you, ask how you're feeling, and about your progress

-It's diverse: all body types, ages, shapes and sizes, and skill levels, come together in a supportive and *totally non judgemental environment* 

-Theyre supportive: I have never once felt ashamed for being unable to do like 30% of the poses and taking multiple breaks during a class. They emphasize going at your own pace and listening to your body.

-Its convenient: There's cubbies for your stuff, a locker room with showers, and a water bottle filling station

-6 free trial classes for $5, so worth giving it a try!! 😄
