To be honest I was going to give this a three star. An ok RV park with sites that, to be fair, had been a bit battered by the recent storms and were suffering from a lack of tidy up. You don't get a ton of room either. I didn't have that good a feeling when we arrived. But then the people who run it were super nice so they grab an extra star for that. Turned our stay from 'ok' to quite liked being there. They have a pool and tub (closed for repair but there were people actually repairing it so should be open soon). Showers ok, roomy and hot! They also have pool, table football and a plethora of washer / dryers. I would stay again and it's cheaper than the frankly ridiculously priced KOA ($70 as opposed to the KOA which was quoting between $95 and $120 ... why is Santa Cruz so expensive?)

We have been staying here for two night stays for 10 years now. It is fine for a short visit. The showers and bathrooms are clean and I have never had to wait for a shower even if they are all not working. The staff has always been very nice and friendly. We come in the Fall so have not ever used the pool or Jacuzzi. The spots are tight and it is a little bit expensive but the location is perfect for us and now we know where it is so we can drive right to it! There is a grocery store a few blocks up the street with wonderful take out. We spend a day going to Santa Cruz and Capitola, then on to Berkeley on Saturday for a Cal football game.

Great place for a short stay while exploring the Santa Cruz area. Staff are courteous, showers are clean, pool is great for the kids. We've been back year after year.

This RV Park is below substandard. Power is an issue, water turned off all the time, and many other issues!

This places is kept up very nice. The pool is nice and the bathrooms are super nice. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here.
