Very helpful and courteous. Went in with a coolant light on my Tiguan. They checked it under pressure to ensure no leaks. Recognized that I was on a road trip and a working car was critical! Did an overall inspection which included bringing tires up to appropriate pressure then washed car and sent me on my way. All done in 1.5 hours! Very happy traveler.

Where should I start. First of all this team here are all special. Starting with Richard Brabo. From inquiring about the 2015 Dodge RAM that I love and now am driving. Richard Brabo promptly contacted me back with the utmost kind and professional way. I drove from San Francisco to Santa Cruz to meet with him. Bottom line Richard and his crew will try their very best to get you in the vehicle you want. From the beginning to the end.. Thank you all. I'll be back for my next car purchase soon... Great buying experience from beginning to end, which is not something one can always say when buying a vehicle. Richard Brabo contacted me shortly after I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in. He spent a lot of time answering my questions both in the showroom and on the test drive. He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend searching out Richard and Santa Cruz VW when looking to buy a new vehicle. Also, after the sale he has been nothing but the best, spending time with both me and my wife, teaching us all the new tech that came with the new vehicle.

What a great team at Santa Cruz Dodge. Richard Brabo went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase of my new truck. I had special demands as I wanted to keep some custom parts off my old truck and have them installed on my new one. They took care of all of the details! I got what I feel is the best price I could have got on my new truck and they offered me more for my trade in than the competition. Shoutout to Larry Wong as well for being great to work with. I in fact have already asked them to assist me in finding my next new car. Great job guys! I know I was demanding, but I can tell you that you not only have me pleased on this deal, but I will certainly be a future customer. Thank you, Clint
