Auto One assisted me with the purchase of a SLK 350 for my son. They were very helpful, and made the whole experience friendly and professional. Chuck Manning was the sales associated that assisted  me through the sale, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

Auto One had the best used car prices around when I was shopping a few years back. I was initially a little suspicious but after a perfect PPI, perfect record, and great reviews, I went ahead and purchased a car from them. Fast forward about a year, the paint on the front bumper panel started to chip off and blister. Initially I thought it was bad rock chip damage, but it continued to worsen until it was obviously just peeling off. I took the car to a recommended auto body shop where they had no doubt that the paint job was aftermarket, had been done improperly, and was visibly not the right color match. It also appears that my back bumper panel had also been repainted improperly. This could end up costing me around $4,000 to fix.  I called Auto One to simply to discuss the situation with them and found that they easily became defensive and agitated. After talking to multiple employees, someone finally left me a voicemail saying they could not help me given the amount of time that had passed since I purchased the car. I have no way of knowing if Auto One had any initial knowledge of this situation but what I do know is that THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SELLING ME A COMPROMISED PRODUCT YET TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND DID NOT OFFER TO HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IN ANY WAY.

Got a great deal from the group at Auto One. Great genuine salespeople. Well worth the 70 mile drive. Definitely will return.
