I had a broken/cracked lens on my right side tail light (on the quarter panel). I thought I could replace this assembly myself, so I ordered the part online and attempted to replace it. Well, needless to say, I realized right away that this was going to take more expertise than I had. A tail light bulb I can replace, but the whole assembly, no way.

So, I told Sam, the owner, that the car was about due for service anyway, so, if possible, could he do the service and install the tail light assembly, as well? Sam said, "Of course, no problem!"

I have taken my Lexus 2008 RX350 to Pacific Park Auto for a few years. Oscar and Anna have also been wonderful to deal with. They are fair and honest. 

Sam is in a league of his own. He is personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He is the perfect answer to the age old question, "Hey, do you know where I can find a good, honest mechanic?"

Sam took care of my car's problems in record time. He did it efficiently and charged me an extremely fair price.
A Lexus dealer would have charged at least 3 times as much and taken 3 times as long, and usually with an attitude.

Sam has also remodeled the office area and the service garage. It's sparkling clean and looks terrific. Even the restroom looks like it belongs in a 4 star hotel.

I will not take my car anywhere else for service. Pacific Park Auto is the best!

This place is amazing! They have great customer service and attention to detail. Sam is straight forward and honest about what your car needs. He goes out of his way to help his customers and give a great experience. The shop itself is beautiful! I've never been to a mechanic shop that was as chic as it is professional. You're definitely getting more than you pay for at this shop!

First of all....I like my cars like I like my bikes...running strong and safe. I brought in my Porsche 911 to have the oil changed and run a system check before I go out and have a little fun. Everything was great except a slight metal debris in the oil. I freaked out like anyone should, but I was told it’s the ims bearing failing and good thing it was spotted early or major engine failure would have occurred very soon. Thank you Pacific Park Auto for looking through and saving my motor! :)

I needed to have these new seat covers put on the seats of my car. I had been crunched for time, since I had a car inspection soon. Sam, a new owner, happily showed me how to put them on. The newly remodeled shop looks nice.

I recently bought a Miata to have some fun at track days and found Sam thru Yelp. He has been an enthusiastic partner helping me source the right roll-over protection, brakes etc. He gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate - and then WAY over-delivered.  His communications were excellent and as well as his own mechanical work, he took care of having the car smogged as well as having new tires mounted at a price I wouldn't have been able to find.
