Had my car serviced here last week, David was very friendly. It was a little pricey (it's Mercedes!) but he did apply some coupons without me asking to knock the service price down a little.

I had a great experience. They are professional and nice. I had a chance to work with Alex, Hanh and Nima to get my C300, I believe they did the best job. I never had a problem with my appointments with them ( It was one of my concerns when I read the reviews here) . Before here I visited Fletcher Jones dealership, but I signed my contract with Foothill Ranch.

Service department
- Did not honor the discount they promised during the call. 
- When I picked up the car next morning, the car was all wet. They should have dried up or wash before hand it back to me.
- Emailed back to service guy to follow up the suggested working items, no response at all.

Bottom line: I’ve been with other Mercedes dealerships and this is the worst. This was the first time visit and will be my last as well. Not planning going back again.

I made an appointment with them and tell them I am interested in a new GLE350. When I arrange the time and bring my whole family with me to the dealer, the Internet Sales Manager Judy Lorenzo just send a rookie guy to us. When I express my interest and ask if I could have a test drive, they told me NO. They said they were busy and ask me to come back later even I had an appointment. Judy did not even want to come out and explain to us. It is very unprofessional way to treat a customer! I will never buy a car with this dealer!
