The store is clean, with no weird smells. The workers were friendly, although I had to chase them down, and saying excuse me, can you please help me, very loudly and repeatedly to get their attention. The books are very disorganized, and as I had driven 20 miles one way just to get there, then having to sift through books on multiple aisles, and levels on the shelves, was a very big pain in the butt, and very time consuming!!! A little organization would have went a LONG WAYS! Especially since I was looking for some books in the same series, and by the same author!!!! I also looked at some military shirts and pants, and shoes, once again I was very disappointed, and mostly because NOTHING went by the sizes!!! Every piece of clothing or shoes were in the WRONG PLACE!!! It would take the workers no more than a few seconds to check that they were putting items in the correct place for the size, why they do not take those extra few seconds, I do not know!! If the workers took the few extra seconds to confirm that they were putting everything away in the correct place, then consumers like myself would have a much better/more positive experience there, and would tell our friends about it, and next time take said friends with us to your store!! Thank You

Very poor customer service. Especially the return policy. They have the perfect scam by not testing the items they bring in. You spend money and they give you same day credit. Basically they have the perfect way to take your money once you hand it to them. I want none of the garage in your store I just want my money back so I can go-to a thrift store that actually does the job right. Will never return. But I'm sure this company doesn't care anyway. Complete garbage.

I work here & no we do not jack up our prices when our tag is on sale. That would be impossible, we take out more than a 1,000 items a day, we wouldn't have the time to do that. Our prices might be high but it's a thrift store it's better than paying something full price than paying less for something that almost looks new. We love to help customers out! Savers is the best thrift store as a job & a place to shop!! We have plenty of sales. And our production team works super hard to only take out our nicest pieces that get donated, such a rough job but we try our hardest to make everyone happy with there purchase.

Excellent selection of used clothing items. Clothes are in very good condition, most look new to me. The prices are great, usually about $3-5 for a nice shirt and $7-10 for jeans. Members receive a discount and seniors get 30% off on Tuesdays. I think they have a better selection and nicer clothes than the other thrift stores nearby.
