Prices are discouraging.  Right before they put it on sale they mark the price way up.  So it just looks like your getting a good deal...  It's hard to find an employee when you need help.  And they don't have many checkers if they get busy.  And sometimes a new employee will take a very long time ringing a customer up.  So it gets to be a very long line.  And no one will go and help that employee. Not much teamwork here.  Don't seem to care about customer service either....  One good thing tho.  No screaming kids running around.

Shopko is nice but this Nampa location is horrible at keeping their merchandise where it belongs considering I went to purchase an air mattress for a sale price and went up to the counter and it rang up at full price I mentioned the wrong pricing and showed a picture even and then because it was in the wrong spot the customer service rep told me too bad you're going to pay the full price rather than the sale price of which they put their merchandise at I said cancel the whole transaction I will find another one. so with all of this  being said this location is the last time I will ever be in that Shopko whomever the white male with a bald head who was on register number 1 on 11-10-2017 around approximately 3:30 to 4 p.m. I hope you get some customer service skills because you're the reason why Shopko just lost a customer.

I walked into this store for the first time ever. I was greeted by a female associate working the floor and I was given info (store membership) by a male cashier.  I love the atmosphere, I LOVE the selection of different products, the fact they carry professional hair care (salon) products, and affordable furniture! I LOVE the styles of clothes they offer.

Selection is not always the best but when you do find something you can usually get it pretty cheap if you are savvy. Don't rate it higher because the place has this "last resort" kind of feeling. It's like post apocalyptic retail 😂
