Called Roto Rooter on a Monday evening.  Had an emergency with our toilet.  Had to get it fixed that evening since we were leaving for vacation the following morning.  They showed up pretty soon after we called and fixed the problem.  I would recommend them for an emergency plumbing problem.  Our technician was Robert #895 and he was awesome.  Seemed very knowledgeable.  If/when I need more plumbing fixes I would very much like for him to come back.

Great and quick response. Jacob #4534 did a great job and fixed a clogged sewer line another company failed to do. The company also did a good job with the subsequent demo and mitigation of flood damage.

Kima, #2007 was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  He snaked our drain thoroughly and quickly.  He was also very nice and talked me through the entire process.  I could tell that he understood plumbing by the way he diagnosed and tested our backup.

Unbelievable service from 2158 - LP and Jason Nelson. I called as pipe burst whilst using washer. I couldn't find place to turn off the water. Plumber came within 15 min and water service restorer/manager came 15 min later. The efficiency with which the whole matter was handled was comforting and amazing. The plumber finished his work quickly installing new parts for damaged ones. I was informed of everything that was being done as the clean up and dry out work proceeded. Jason made contact with my insurance company (9:00 pm) and spoke to them at length on 2 occasions and all of this occurred between 8:00p. and midnight. The organization of all the work that was done was quick, clean and precise. Now onto Bret 4707 and Jake 2445 worked at my house tirelessly, two 16 hour days. They were unbelievably quiet considering they had lots of demolition to do. They cleaned up as they carried out each piece of demolition. They were constantly taking photos and measuring for water (all in preparation for insurance information) They barely stopped for my than 5 min to drink water. They were extremely neat and courteous and answered all of my questions. They even worked whilst we slept and when we woke in the morning the house was spotless. I can't recommend Rotor rooter enough for having such amazing workers. These were two of the hardest working young men I have ever come across.

Rotor Rooter has been out twice to my home to snake some drain lines, that were not done correctly by the developer/flipper I purchased my home from. Each time they came out on time and were super professional. The work was done with no issues. Very quick. A little expensive, but the service is excellent! Thank you!!
