My experience with Iris West Jewelers has been wonderful.  Lauri and Bruce made my engagement ring experience an absolute pleasure.  They were beyond helpful with the process and strive to find what is best for the customer and not just what is best for their profit margin.  Bruce spent all afternoon helping me find the perfect ring from their incredibly vast selection of unique options.  My fiance is thrilled with the selection and so am I.  Despite living in Charlotte where many other options are closer and available, my fiance and I make the trip up to Greensboro for our jewelry purchases now, which included our wedding bands.  I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I had a great experience at Iris West. I had never purchased any item from this store, but I stopped by for a quick repair issue, and both of the owners worked with me to fix my item. I asked how much I owed, and they said to just give something extra to the next children-focused charity I ran across. 100% class acts. Thank you.

Made a cocktail ring for my wife.   Very nice  jewelry store with unique items.    Does custom work.  Not the same "stuff" you see at every other store in Greensboro.  Worth while to just window shop.  Not cheap but good.  Call to make an appointment.    Sometimes closed when scheduled to be open.

Bruce and Lauri Lipsey at Iris West Jewelers are fantastic. I visited their store about 5 times before purchasing my fiance's engagement ring from them. They took the time to show me several diamonds without the "high pressure sales" tactic to purchase right away. I told them the type of diamond and ring I was looking for and Bruce called me when he thought he found the perfect diamond of my liking. After I proposed, the ring size was just a little off and needed to be resized. I told Bruce we needed it back ASAP and Bruce was able to deliver; my fiance' dropped the ring off and Bruce had it resized within 1 hour!! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! 
Weeks later, we went back to look for wedding bands. We were treated the exact same way as I was treated while choosing her engagement ring. We found a band for my fiance' to match her engagement ring perfectly and I found the perfect band for myself at the price we were both comfortable paying. I have recommended their store to several friends and will always recommend them to all my friends. And I will definitely come back to purchase more jewelry from them. 
Thank you Bruce and Lauri, you guys are great!
