Ok, so let me start by saying that I ***HATE*** shopping for shoes. I once spent 3 hours at a store trying to find a new pair of winter boots. My flat, wide feet make it hell to find the right pair of shoes. 

That being said, Schuler is the BEST. They are consistent in the caliber of people they employ - friendly, knowledgeable, awesome individuals. They carry a wide range, but the crew is super helpful in helping to find specific things. I'll definitely be back, and FOR SURE recommend this place, especially for anyone that hates shoe shopping as much as I do.

Schuler Shoes has both a comprehensive inventory of shoes of all kinds and prices, it also has an exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff.  Combined with their sales, Schuler is now one of the first shoe stores I visit.

Want to go where it takes more than an hour to get shoes?  Or to have the manager make you apologize to the salesperson because you are frustrated, exasperated and out of patience?  Spent 25 minutes waiting with three boys  before hunting down a salesperson.  They would only help one child, and then left us to help another customer.  After 40 minutes, I found two more sales people to help the other two boys.  I expressed that I needed to get to a family event, and was short on time.  I could NOT get the salespeople to stop the excessive personal questions, blab, blab, blab, and just get the shoes!  Listen to your customers need.  What a mismanaged store, they kept saying, "we're so busy," the store wasn't even half full??  I could go on, and on, but you get the picture.  I was never given an apology for my excessive wait.  I have bought many pairs of boys shoes and never experienced such incompetence, and poor management/customer service

Great selection of comfortable AND fashionable footwear. I purchased the most comfortable sandles I have ever worn. I also acquired a great pair of everyday "boat shoes."

Had problem with a pair of shoes after one month of wear.  They had a record of the purchase and went out of there way to replace with a new pair of shoes using full credit from first purchase.
