The entire staff here is extremely professional, friendly, and sincerely concerned for your well being. After going to other facilities over the course of a month while battling what I was told was bronchitis, I kept getting worse. The staff at the other facilities I went to acted like everyone gets this if you live in the Austin area and there isn't much you can do about it. Before the doctor came in to see me, the nurse was efficient and personable while she took my vitals and asked about my condition. She didn't leaving me feeling like I was just another patient and she was just doing her job. When Dr.Kim came in, she listened to what I had to say and asked me very pertinent questions. As a patient who is self pay, she treated me without running a lot of expensive tests and used her best judgement. It was fairly obvious that I have Whooping Cough. She gave me the prescriptions to combat Pertussis. I came away feeling very hopeful that I might finally be able to start getting better. Dr. Kim has a wonderful bedside manner and leaves you feeling that you are in vary competent hands. As I was leaving, the sweet gal at the front desk was careful to explain to me how I will ultimately get a 50% discount for being self pay. It doesn't happen up front but after my account goes to billing. Either way, I got great care and the price is right! I was impressed that she took the time to explain the process. This experience far exceeded my expectations. I recommend these folks to anyone. You won't be sorry.

Great! I arrived early this morning with my 8 month old son, to find the door locked. Walking back to the car someone opened the door from the inside and began asking about the baby. He explained that they are not open yet but I can come in and begin filling out paperwork so we would be ready in 20 minutes when the Doctor arrived. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and competent. Dr Cantu was very good with the baby and we were out quickly with a very thorough diagnosis. I never like taking kids to the Doctors office, but this was as good as it possibly could have been. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The medical staff was exemplary, the office staff and the administrator in particular, was incompetent, rude and attempted to bully me in to paying more than I owed rather than take the necessary steps to correct the bill. After four telephone calls in which he repeatedly talked over the top of me and threatened me with collections, he finally corrected the bill to match what my insurance company said that I owed. I am sure that his overbearing style works well to intimidate the elderly and less informed. Dr Cantu is a proficient doctor, unfortunately he works in a office managed by an incompetent bully.

Express urgent care is the most amazing clinic I have been to, they have the best hospitality and are by far better than any clinic around round rock and surrounding areas. The wait for service is short and the trearment by dr. Cantu and his staff are the ones I will turn to for my clinical needs since they have an on sight lab and x-ray. I went in after hurting my ankle playing basketball and had an x-ray taken and gave me an air cast and crutches all within an hour. And they even gave me a free digital c.d. of my x-rays to take the orthopedic doctor. I highly recomend express urgent care.
