We had a great experience shopping here. The sales associate Shirley was so helpful, she is genuinely a very nice lady. The Manager Ed was extremely nice as well. Both were very knowledgeable. I hate having to buy a big item purchase, it stresses me out, the cost and getting it home and hoping everything works properly, but this time was different. I actually enjoyed it and thats because of the Shirley and Ed. I will definitely check this store first for any future home appliance buys.

I wish i could give them one star , It have been the worst experience for me to buy my items from this store, the manager is a big liar and there appliance is still in my living room that they promise to pick up 4 days now when i call they won't answer my line. I have to call from another phone there very unreliable unprofessional.

Walked in to drop some money and the Fat Associate was too lazy to get off his chair to properly greet me and engage in the sales process. There was no one else in the store.

I would give it -5 if I could! Lie # 1: They had an ad on Craigslist for a "brand new, still in the box washer" I'd been looking for, the last one available in California, (I just found out that it was their floor model). I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there in horrific, Bay Area type traffic to put it on lay-a-way. Lie # 2: I asked repeatedly both on the phone and when I got there, "Now, I won't have to come back to the store, right?" Reply:"Oh, absolutely right! You just call us when it's paid off and we'll deliver it". Lie # 3: If you buy the matching dryer we can have that delivered at the same time for the same $87 delivery fee.", even though they don't have the dryer in the store. I asked, "How are you going to get both machines on the same delivery truck when their coming from 2 different locations?" Reply:"We'll work it out". WARNING BELL which I stupidly ignored! 8 weeks later their paid off and I call for delivery. "You will have to come into the store and pay for BOTH delivery charges!" WHAT?! I was told, by YOU that I could just call and that both machines would be delivered together and I would NOT have to drive back to the store!" Reply:" We have to charge 2 delivery charges because their coming from 2 different places and we cannot accept a mailed-in check or Visa over-the-phone for delivery charges. You HAVE to come in and pay or cancel the order". "Fine! Cancel the Order!" Reply: "You have to come into the store to cancel the order". This is the same guy I talked to on the phone initially, went and paid my money to and wrote-up the lay-a-way contract and now is essentially telling me, "Your bad for believing anything I said". His name is James. BEWARE! Keeping their word means NOTHING to these people!
