Ever Sprint Store I enter you have to wait around 10 minutes to be helped. Even for small issues.

I paid for a bill and they did not have a printer to print the reside and told me that I get it by mail in one hour but I did not get it yet. I have to drive all the way from Sacramento to get the reside its redecules.

Store where I bought the new service from AT&T, in Vallejo, ca. Was one of the worst experiences in my life!  The store is Ghetto and the staff was incredibly rude. The assistant manager Aaron was totally rude telling me that my transaction was wasting his time cause I didn't buy it from him and that they work on commission and he didn't have time to "deal" with me. He first wanted me to wait to pick up my phone that I ordered so he could sell it to someone else who wanted the new iPhone 6s in rose. Then he told me my transaction was taking too long and that there was 10 other people behind me that he could be making money off of.  And he was talking loud enough that all the other customers could here.  Was horrible!  AT&T never gave me any bullshit like this. Then I asked him if I could just buy the phone and he said no sprint won't allow you to purchase a phone, you have to lease it.  Then when I asked him about return policy he said I couldn't return cause I signed a contact. 
Nightmare experience! Am seriously thinking about returning and going back to AT&T cause this was insulting!
