Best Sprint store in the Battle Creek area. Very professional and caring to the customer needs. Was in the store while a different customer was having a huge issue and they were able to solve it in minutes! Aside from that, were able to multi-task and get me situated with a new phone. These are the guys to come and see. Thanks!

I dont understand  when I paid my phone off they said it didn't go through so I had to pay it off again!! What a rip off ....

Great service at this store! I avoid anything technical at any cost but in today’s day and age that’s not possible. Having people like Brookes and Jeff to help make the whole experience more personal and not feel so uncomfortable, that’s what keeps us coming back to Sprint.
