This is a very nice Sears store, although you wouldn't know they were even open for business, judging by the outside appearance. On the inside it's very well stocked, clean, neat and attractive. They have a clothing dept. for men, women and children, a fairly large shoe dept., a small jewelry center, appliances and a small selection of furniture. It's not so large that you have to wait in line forever and the employees were also very friendly. The day I visited they were having fantastic markdown sales! All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience compared to their larger stores, and one that I will be making again since I now know that they ARE open for business!

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE! * WARNING* I bought a brand new dryer in the middle on November. After 30 days the dryer stopped heating. I called in and they sent someone out to look at it. The technician states it was a faulty control panel, of course he didn't have one available so they had to order the part. The next technician took 2 weeks to come out. That technician stated it was the motor, again a part he did not have. After another week the third technician comes out and said some parts were fried. More parts to order. At this point I have been without a dryer for one month. I then call customer service to find out the process of a replacement. They state 8 different technicians need to come out to deem it irreparable. The supervisor I spoke with stated there was no one higher than him I would be able to speak with and I just had to wait for another technician. I have attempted to contact the store I purchased the dryer but no one answers the phone. I went to Sears because of the great reputation they had. After this experience, I will never purchase anything from Sears and will tell every person I know about my experience. The dryer they sold me is clearly defective and they refuse to take responsibility for it.

Best place for quick oil change, friendly staff and the prices are good as well. No one trying to over sale their products, or/and make you feel bad for not upgrading on a service. Ken provided excellent customer service. 😍😍😍 Sears is the place

Shhhh!!! Don't tell anyone...😉 Everything is on sale! Not just old junky stuff. All 10 - 70% and it's new things. Other stores which will be closing appears to send things here. Clothes, Appliances, Furniture!! WOW. Markdowns are amazing. Why more people are not here is surprising! Store is super clean and we'll organized. Staff very helpful. But, not a lot of staff for personal attention. Well worth the time to look and shop!!

Prices are great but not enough cashier booths. We had to stand in a long line. Also there was no one to answer questions concerning Toddler clothing
