I took a pair of my dress boots to get the heels repaired about 10 days before Christmas. The man I spoke to, whom I assume owns the business, told me he could glue the pieces that were gouged out back down and it would look OK or he relented he could replace the leather on both heels. I chose the latter. I paid 1/2 of the $50 total charge and left them there. He said to come back after Jan. 7th. Fast forward to Jan 21st. I finally remember to go back to get them.....3 weeks past the completed date. I walk in and spot the box I brought them in on the shelf. Give him my ticket and point to the box. Oh...they aren't done. Check back in a week or more. WHAT? Well he says....People kept bringing in shoes to fix. No kidding? So, mine just sat there. Nice customer service. I walked out thinking this was ridiculous. I decided to walk back in and get my boots back. He gave me a refund without even blinking an eye. He couldn't have cared less if he had my business. It meant nothing to him. I would avoid this business at all costs. I certainly will.

Long time customer. I've been using Luis since his days in Oak Park Mall. He does amazing work and I trust him with all my best leather goods. I have moved away, but will drive to have him restore my favorite Prada loafers. He really is that good!

Louis is AMAZING! He gave me honest info and even stayed open late since he knew I was rushing to get there. I highly recommend this store.
