Since Sears is closing, don't expect much. Very little merchandise, even less customer service. It is my opinion that Sears has never been very good for customer service but on this visit, I saw only 2 employees and of those only 1 was salesperson. Not that it really matters if you go in knowing what you're looking for. As I was not a regular customer, I won't miss Sears Towne mall has very little to offer shoppers anyway. About the only thing it is useful for is mallwalkers..

Terrible experience with refrigerator. Will consider other places to buy appliances ... Sears keeps changing the rules. Do not shop for appliances at Sears.

Although this Sears is okay, there are others that are better stocked. But if you happen to be in the area, you can find most of what you are looking for.
