One of the 2 anchor stores in Regency Square. Good selection of all products that a Sears carries. The only bad thing about this store is it's limited shopping hours (usually opens most days at 11:00). Clerks there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Not a very inspiring retail experience. Was looking for a living room accent chair. The furniture section was depressing to say the least. The whole store looks like they took enough inventory to fill one single floor and spread it throughout the three floors. Did get a nice socket set, though. Doubt they'll be around long enough for the warranty to matter, however.

worst experience.I don't go again.Let me make it clear for you. 1.Fitting rooms are locked except only one which was long occupied and no staff available to open it up or assist. I had to wait long to get into the Fitting room 2. Staff is not available and only available staff at billing counters are not helpful. 3. Had to wait long to get to the billing counter staff as they kind of over helpful or chatty (i don t know) to the person in front of me 4. I enquired about the shoes (i was looking for my size and the one which i got was big for me)as i could not find any body around that counter 5. She said the other counter person will check for me and i had to stand there and wait while they proceeded with their own business and had to overheard all girl talk,huh...20 mins..I finally gave up 6. Finally, billing time for the item/(s) purchased,they they suddenly realized i was the one asked for help on shoes.They said there is another person checking about the shoe near the shoe counter,you go check..ps-no please or can there.. After all the long waiting and reckless treatment i did not buy the shoes and i will not go again no mater what

I was looking for the merchandise pick-up kiosk which was very hard to find (only one small sign in a corner, no signage elsewhere in the store). Took a while for them to get my product upon pickup because it was "locked up."
