I love everything about this store!! Everything is so organized and it's such a big store with a lot of selection from toys, shoes, clothes and even equitment like cribs and power wheels etc!! Selling is so easy there's no appointment just bring them in when it's convenient for you! . My nieces love coming in here they always get cool animal stickers from the employees! They're so nice and professional and they have a lot of special deals and discounts on the already low prices! Plus the rewards system is AWESOME!!! I love this store and I will continue to shop and sell to them! Who doesn't want to save money??

I just left once upon a child and the customer service was awesome the employee was great. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any  help, I sold all of my kids things that they couldn't fit any more & got a great trade for new items. Once the young lady was  finish I received a text telling me my buy was ready in the estimated time I was given and got more than I expected and I will be back!!!!!!! Great job young ladies, I will send all my family and friends to this great place to buy and sell clothes.

This store is so wonderfully organized!!! I love the fact that I can go in there and quickly find what I'm looking for. I absolutely love that not only do they put the clothes in a color order but they organize it from tanks, short sleeve etc.
The staff is so nice and very attentive!!! The whole atmosphere in the store has changed since the new owners purchased it. My niece absolutely loves the new book nook, what a WONDERFUL idea for the kids. This store has so much to offer!! They also buy back your unwanted infant, toddler, and youth items. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!

Hands down the best OAAC in Richmond including surrounding areas!!! It has the largest selection of everything! The issue I have is a lot of the shoes appear to not only be 2nd hand, but in some cases 5th hand. Lastly this store needs a bigger space! While shopping it is best with absolutely no one especially children being with you! The isles are extremely narrow!!!!!!!

I have seen so many positive things on the website so I decided to pay once upon a child a visit.I had 0 to 3 months all together six bags. Also I brought in a stroller, rock and play along with bassinet plus diaper bag. I feel like I was ripped off for  the amount I got for the items .They were worth more than $34.00. This will be my last time and do not plan to never come back. I am not stupid they took my stroller , rock and play but did not pay me for those items and did not even mention anything about them. I will be filing a complaint on this matter. When I saw the two bags I asked the man you all could not buy these items. He said that the items were missing pieces, discolored , had stains along with being overstocked and did not have room for anymore clothes. Finally I had got on the cellphone to call my Mother and let her know they did not take the bassinet and the woman makes a remark that she can hear my conversation and to take it off speakerphone when I did not have it on speakerphone. I did not feel welcome at all and do not plan to come back ever again! What a waste of time and gas.
