WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! The sales guy could tell that I was in a hurry, while on a business trip and having people waiting on me and he literally would not stop trying to sell me everything in the store.  Im fine being sold too, a good salesman can read the room though and instead of providing the usual customer service I have received from T mobile, he was persistent and even at one point after seeing how irritated I was when I said no for the 10th time one of the 12 offers he pushed at me,  he said, "I'm not trying to be annoying..." and proceeded to tell me the once in a lifetime offers that they were offering.  I literally bought the newest most expensive iphone and he still was pushing me.  I literally left in tears. And then he gave me a hard time for putting the screen cover on my phone. Literally avoid this location at all costs.

This store is horrible,don't expect any of the employees to actually know the policies or go the extra mile to help you out.You get what you think are facts coming from a representative of T-Mobile,but in fact it's nothing more than personal opinions or information that is outdated or misunderstood.
