CONSUMER FRAUD! BEWARE! I walked in and asked about the 1/2 price lease deal on the Galaxy s8. I was helped by Aakash, the Location Manager. I was told that yes I could get the s8 at that price and he started processing my upgrade. He told me that I would have to pay the rest of the balance on my old phone before being eligible to upgrade, which he said would be $90 plus tax. I gave him my card and he continued the transaction. He then asked me about what color galaxy phone I wanted and started processing the upgrade. I asked him to confirm what the monthly lease price was (which was supposed to be around $15-$16 for the deal) he then told me it would be $38 a month because the 1/2 price deal is only for new customers. If I had not said anything, he would have put me on a $38 a month recurring lease!!! I let him know that he told me he could give me the deal before we started everything, but he just reiterated that the deal was for new customers only. I told him that I was no longer interested and asked to cancel the upgrade. This is where things got shady. Aakash pressed some buttons and went to the printer, he then came back for a reciept for a $90.00 charge (although previously he stated there would be tax) with no information of what the charge was for, and he asked me to sign it. I asked him what it was and he told me it was paying off the amount I owed on my current phone. I then told him that I asked to cancel the upgrade, and he told me he couldn't and the charge had gone through. I told him that he did not authorize this charge and I would not sign for it. I told him that he was to refund the charge immediately. Again he refused and stated I would have to call customer care to get it reversed. I have already spoken with customer care about the matter, and will be speaking with Sprint's corporate office as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. Beware of Aakash, he is a scammer and will try to sign you up for services without your consent to get you out the door. Sprint needs to take responsibility and terminate this unscrupulous manager, as he is actively engaging in illicit and malicious business practices and fraudulently charging clients credit cards.

Can you give negative stars??? Worst Customer Service ever. Went in to have a phone activate, literally the ONLY customer in the store. I explained my situation to the worker he handed back my phone and said you need to call customer service, then walked away. Seriously??? I took time off work and I'm literally standing in front of you IN THE STORE and you're doing NOTHING but yet you won't help me? I've done this several times in store and it took less than 15 minutes.
