This isn’t about one specific store I’ve been to two stores in the last week and both locations had horrific customer service. I spent three hours there just trying to place an order and the reason it took so long is because of focusing on the problem at hand the employee helping me kept helping people who came in after me. After finally getting the order placed I was promised that the recite would be emailed to me it’s been over a week I still have not gotten the receipt. When I received my order it was the wrong size I took it into another staples location to see if they could fix it. I left my order with them with the promise they would call me back the next day. They never called me so I called them the day after they were supposed to call me the person who I left my order with wasn’t there so they said they would have someone call me later. Surprise no call I had to call them again. I will never ever use staples again .

Went in just a couple minutes ago to buy some resume paper. One of the staff, Linnea I think it was, saw that I was nervous and offered a few sheets and a kind word. I didn't even buy anything, but she absolutely made my day. Any business that fosters that kind of attitude is without a doubt a top-notch institution.

Staples is not customer orientated retailer, and I would and will take my business down the road. Went in and picked out a chair, they did not have one in stock, could not say when they would get one only that i could order it and have it sent to me. And even though they had two on the floor would sell me one of them. Ordered the chair should have been to me on Tuesday, days late and they still can not manage to get it to me and not able to tell when it will get here, THANKS... good job

Walked in to get a notary stamp made. Was told by the store manager... "our machine is down, it's been down all week...i need to call IT".... Hmmm. If it's been down all week why do they wait for a customer to walk in to get a stamp made and have NOT already called IT? SUCKY customer service in my book! I'll NEVER return to this store
