The staff here has a nasty attitude. After a ridiculously long wait, the woman helping my boyfriend said sarcastic, rude things like, "did you learn your lesson?" and "way to go!" Extremely unprofessional. She claimed to have worked here for 12 years, but that seems to have taken a toll on her ability to deal with customers. She also said we should "tell her how good she is at her job." Not so much. Get over yourself, and learn better customer service.

Ashley went above and beyond, helping my buddy with his TMobile iPhone 7 plus. After more than a year of spotty service, she initiated a proper fix attempt that looks VERY promising. Between her and the other employees we conversed with, the level of knowledge and customer support was fantastic. Ashley knows her stuff! I'm impressed!
