Walked in wanted to upgrade my phone. Bigger black guy with gold glasses ask me which phone i wanted to upgrade to then he just left me sitting there and finished whatever he was doing . Didn’t ask for my info or anything. I sat there and watched him put phones away and pick up trash like i wasn’t even there. So i walked out.  I’m in customer Service and know the customer is always first.  Wasn’t treated that way here.  It’s not Sprints fault just this employee who didn’t care to take care of a customer.  Will be looking at other services now

My experience with Sprint has been a nightmare.  I went there because they had an awesome sale on the newest phone and their price per month for 2 lines was the lowest when I shopped around. They ported my number over and said it would be no trouble to bring my husband's number over. I am now 7.5 hours in with 5 trips to their store. They finally gave up and told me if I went back to Tmobile they would make it right and not charge me for their inability to correct the situation. In short, in the end, the manager did not honor their promises, I am out at the very least a $45 restocking fee. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come out to tell me this. She sent one of her poor employee's to deliver the news that they would not uphold the promise that her district manager and shift manager had made to me.  

Besides the appallingly bad service and inability to fix the situation, if you are looking for decent internet coverage you won't find it here.  Even though my husband's phone never worked, I did have service for 5 days. The Internet worked probably 40% of the time. It didn't matter whether I was on the road or literally sitting in the Sprint store, the internet is sporadic at best. They may have "a large network" but it is an unreliable network. I don't care how good the deal is, if you value your time and want reliable coverage,  DON'T GO WITH SPRINT!
