I'm not an easy one to fit because of a narrow foot and a weird stride. It was busy, but they still took a tremendous amount of time to help me not only find the right shoes, but also understand the principles behind it. Sales by education! Amazing staff. Always clean. This is the place for new shoes for a runner

I decided to eschew my normal online shopping habit and embrace a local store.  The staff was very friendly and I was hooked up with a pair of comfortable running shoes.  After about a week my feet kept getting blisters, so I wanted to exchange them.  I spoke with a woman on the phone who said to come in and they could look me up in the computer for the receipt.  After finding a different pair of shoes, the salesmen told me the woman was mistaken - there is no "computer record" and I was out of luck unless I could find the physical receipt.  

These local guys are all friendly, but my next purchase will be online.  You just can't beat free shipping for returns/exchanges at the big online guys.  My fault for losing my receipt, but its 2017.  Now I've got to sell these shoes on eBay and lose money/time.
