The facility is very clean and well ordered. The lines move quickly. I was there for a driver’s test, make sure you get a number in the beginning with a D on it. The staff was helpful, friendly, and understanding. My examiner on the road, Mary, was wonderful. Her test attitude put you at ease and she willingly answered any questions I had. She was a wonderfully human person and not cold or robotic in testing. Because there were like 40 people occupying seats waiting for service at 10am throughout the entire time I was there, it would be a service to all who go there during the week if the state of IL could open another facility to take the load off this one.. The parking lot is always congested when I drive by the facility and that is one reason I did not want to go there. I am glad I went because the test drive is very clear and not congested, and very fair and the examiner excellent.

I just passed my driver's road test today. Everyone was nice and helpful. The lady who gave me the test was the best. She made me feel relaxed and her instructions were clear and non threatening. I highly recommend taking the test at this facility. Although it was crowded, you just wait your turn. It could not have been any better.

Everyone that I dealt with during my last visit was extremely helpful! As far as the cleanliness/appearance of the facility, it was nice & clean.

By far the WORST. Go downtown instead. The counter guy, Rodrick told my husband he goes on break and to met him out there. Are you kidding me??? Is that a threat?? Because he sat by me in the waiting room... I hope they fire this guy, he doesn’t want to be here anyways and everyone is complaining that he is being rude. I’m temped to call the police and all I wanted was to renew my license.... 👎

The staff was courteous and helpful. The lines moved fast. Plenty of parking. No complaints from me. Keep up the good work.
