The food and the customer service was amazing. The owner greeted us by the door and sat us down. Excellent food and the ambiance is family friendly. The food portions were good and the prices too. We enjoy coming here because is great food and fast and everyone is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this place. We had the fajitas and the burrito magnifico.
Went for the first time 11/8. Seems like a very authentic Mexican place. I had the combo special of a beef taco, cheese quesadilla, beans & rice for $5.99. Incredible price but all the food needed more flavor!! Very bland. The fresh made salsa was delicious & I did buy a jar to bring home. Cute decor, server was great! Very clean

My wife and I have always wanted to try this place out and now that we have, the food was amazing. We did not dine in but we will be doing that in the near future. Update: Dined in for thr first time. The service was amazing. Getting the food fresh at the table was 10x better. Got the chicken fajita. It was amazing good!
I ate here today 4/21/2021 for lunch! The service was absolutely amazing! We walked in and was immediately greeted by by the very nice waitress! We were seated promptly! The waitress asked what drinks did we want. Very courteous! I love that! The owner was there helping out his staff! The owner even brought our food to our table! Very nice man! I highly recommend! The food was very tasty! I will return! Portion size was great for the price! If you like Mexican food like I do please give Servando’s a try! You want be disappointed! The staff make you feel comfortable in their establishment! Of the food was very hot when brought out which I loved!
Why did I wait so long to eat here? I have been in Orlando for yrs but just never stopped in until now. This was one of the best Fajita's I have had in a long time. The owners/staff were so friendly and the service was perfect. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable. We had a table for six and everyone enjoyed the food - Tacos, Quesadillas, Enchiladas. My fajita was the 3 mix steak, chicken, shrimp and the flavor was so fantastic I ended up not using my tortilla wraps = I just wanted to experience the taste of the seasoned meats and the onions and peppers. We will be returning and will make this a once a month stop from now on.
We had been here a few months ago and had good service and food. But this time was bad. My meal was made wrong twice. I declined a third attempt to make it right. My son's meal was ice cold, then the second attempt was lukewarm. He ate it anyway. The steak in my wife's fajitas didn't have any fat or gristle trimmed off. The server was completely unapologetic about the incorrect and cold meals. There was an older gentleman who appeared to be the owner, but never made an effort to talk with us.
Will never go back here. Only options for alcoholic drinks are a house margarita, Pina colada and beer. So no full bar. Your 1st round of chips and salsa are on the house but after that they charge you $1.85 and the salsa was very watery. Did not want to sub corn tortillas for flour without manager approval and charged an extra $2 for only 2 flour tortillas. The meat on the tacos were burnt and tasted as if they scraped the meat off the grill/pan. Asked for hot sauce and was given a little cup of hot watery salsa and was charged .89 for it. Fajitas don't come with any cheese. And there was a random charge of .85 cents on the bill that the waitress could not explain. Very disappointed.
Maria and Betty were attending us during our visit there.. food was amazing! I have been in many Mexican restaurants and this one is different, taste of food is different! Such As eating in México :
